Who operates this website

Information submitted through the contact form

The contact form asks for a name, email address, enquiry purpose, message and consent. An organisation name may also be provided. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Why the information is used

Submitted information is used to read, manage and respond to the enquiry. It may also be used to maintain a record of the conversation where this is reasonably needed for follow-up, administration or legal obligations.

Email delivery and storage

Contact messages are sent by email through the SMTP provider configured for the website. ChefSneha Core does not save contact-form submissions in the WordPress database. The message may still be retained in the receiving and sending email systems according to their settings and policies.

Proposed six-month retention

Contact emails are proposed to be retained for up to six months after an enquiry is resolved. A message may be kept longer where an active conversation continues, where the owner needs it for legitimate administration, or where retention is required by law. This period remains subject to owner and legal approval.

Server and security logs

The hosting provider and website security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time, requested page and error or security events. These logs may be used to operate, diagnose and protect the website. Their retention is controlled by the relevant hosting or security service settings.

Browser-local bookmarks

The Save Story feature stores Story identifiers in local storage in the visitor’s browser. No account is required. ChefSneha Core does not send these bookmark choices to the website, and bookmarks do not synchronise across browsers or devices. Visitors can remove them by using the website controls or clearing browser storage.

YouTube videos

YouTube content uses a privacy-enhanced click-to-load presentation. A local poster is shown first and no YouTube iframe is added before the visitor chooses to play the video. After interaction, the player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube may then receive technical information and apply its own storage or privacy practices.

Instagram, YouTube and other external links

Links to the official Meals on Demand 25 Instagram and YouTube destinations open external services. Those services operate under their own privacy policies. ChefSneha is not responsible for how an external service processes information after a visitor follows a link.

Cookies and technical WordPress storage

The public website may use basic technical cookies or storage needed for WordPress, security, administration and reliable operation. Logged-in administrators receive normal WordPress authentication cookies. The current preview does not use an advertising or visitor-analytics system. This section must be reviewed if new services are added.

Your choices and requests

You may ask whether contact information about you is held, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Send the request to the privacy contact above. Reasonable identity checks may be required before a request is completed.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact the website operator so the matter can be reviewed.

Security limitations

Reasonable technical and administrative steps are used to protect the website and contact form, including validation, consent, anti-spam controls and rate limiting. No internet transmission, email system or website can be guaranteed completely secure.
